My wooden fence is old and worn, yet structurally sound. Years of exposure to the elements had taken its toll and a... makeover was badly in need. Thirty minutes after our initial phone call, he arrived at my house and gave me an honest assessment and a very reasonable price. Along the way, Jose stopped by, here and there, to deliver color swatches and perform a test. He also did some touch-up to a part of my house at no extra cost. When it came time to conduct the actual work itself, Jose was very punctual and meticulous. He took his time and paid attention to every detail.In the end, my fence now looks brand new. My neighbors have commented on how nice it looks and I am extremely happy with the end result. Came across Miami South Paiting from an internet search for quotes on painting the exterior of the house. Met with Jose... Cubas for the quote, we walked around the house and he accurately spotted all the details I was concerned about. He gave a fair price and after having some other work done, I called him and advised we ready to move forward with the job. He and his crew were very courteous and mindful of ensuring to protect areas while they worked. While working he also gave advise on color schemes and brought samples to ensure we were happy with our selection. They maintained a clean and safe environment and required no follow up cleaning.
